Information collected automatically
When you submit the contact form, our server records:
- Your IP address at the time of submission

This technical information is used to prevent abuse of the form, investigate suspicious activity, and ensure the integrity of submissions.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide for the following purposes:
- To evaluate opportunities. The information you submit through the contact form is reviewed by our team to determine whether the opportunity aligns with our investment focus.

4. When we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers who help us operate the Site, host our infrastructure, deliver email, or filter spam (such as our hosting provider and Google reCAPTCHA). These providers are bound to use your information only to perform services on our behalf.
- In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

5. Cookies, analytics, and reCAPTCHA
Cookies
The Site does not currently set first-party tracking cookies. If we begin using cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent.
Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our contact form from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. The information collected by reCAPTCHA is used in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By using our contact form, you agree to Google's collection and use of this information.
6. How long we keep your information
We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the opportunity, communicate with you, document our review process, and comply with our legal obligations. In most cases, we retain submissions indefinitely as part of our records of business inquiries, unless you ask us to delete your information.
7. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including TLS/SSL encryption for the Site, server-side validation of form submissions, rate limiting, and password-protected administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a security breach involving your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with the Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (FIPA) and any other applicable law.

Regardless of where you live, you may contact us at any time to:
- Request a copy of the information we have about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate

Florida residents: The Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR) provides additional rights to certain Florida residents. As of the effective date of this Policy, Ditto Enterprises does not meet the revenue or processing thresholds that would make us a "controller" subject to the FDBR. We will update this Policy if that changes.
Residents of other U.S. states or other countries: You may have rights under state laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) or other privacy laws applicable to you. Contact us as described above and we will work in good faith to honor those rights to the extent they apply.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this Policy. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or communicated to you directly when reasonably feasible. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
